The Simpsons Go To E4 Gaming Convention

Last night’s episode took a pleasantly surprising turn as Matt Groening and company decided to honour gaming in true Simpsons fashion. In the episode, Homer takes Bart and Lisa out as a weekend treat to the E4 gaming convention unsurprisingly named after E3, the biggest games convention in the world. The scene continues as viewers see a parody of a range of games on the show floor including Guts Of War, Medal Of Duty and Marching Band to name a few. A first person segment shows homer charging through a crowd to get to the press conference of the Funtendo Zii. I absolutely loved the episode which also sees Chef Gordon Ramsay make an appearance.
